The company was founded in 1986 by engineers, by people who built systems, and who started the business for an ordinary reason: the systems people used every day were harder to work with than they needed to be, and someone had to be accountable for fixing that. The technology has changed entirely since. That reason has not.
For three decades our work covered the systems organisations relied on to operate: infrastructure, networks and enterprise platforms. As part of the Materna Group, a family-owned technology company founded in 1980 and today around 4,500 people strong, we worked across the full range of enterprise service management platforms, side by side, in real client environments.
As service management became central to how organisations ran, demand for deep ServiceNow expertise was growing faster than the market could supply it, and within the group, that expertise was already ours. In 2018, agineo was formed to meet that need: one platform, chosen with the whole field in view, and taken seriously.
One year later, that focus earned ServiceNow Elite Partner status.

Why agineo
Precision is a habit, not a slogan. We plan properly, scope honestly, and tell you what we find.
Platforms rarely fail at installation, and rarely for reasons that appear in a status report. They fail later, when something is asked of them that the structure underneath was never arranged to carry.
That structure is our work: the data, the ownership, the governance and the operating discipline that decide whether everything built on top holds. It is the least visible part of a platform programme and the part that determines whether an automation effort returns what was promised, or whether an AI initiative stops somewhere between a successful pilot and production.
That is the problem we have spent four decades learning to solve.
